It is a Wednesday. Your mother just went into the procedure room. Earlier this week Dr. Bankowski counted twenty five-ish follicles.  So we are hoping we have eggs in about 30 minutes.

This is your father by the way.  This is my first blog entry.  Yesterday when I told my manager that I will be taking today off and that we are going through IVF I got emotional, which is uncommon.  They were tears because I know your mother has been through a lot and I just want her to be happy.  She is strong and beautiful.

We cannot wait to see your face or faces.  Because we are doing IVF there is a chance we will have twins.  So this site might be better titled dreaming of babies David.  We have lots of family dreaming for you too. You will be surrounded by love.

It is crazy to think that one of the eggs and one of the millions (and millions) of sperm they choose for ICSI will be you.

Your mom should be out pretty soon.  Might seem quick. But we have been waiting many injections and we still got a ways to go.  But you are more than worth it.
